Be Prepared
Lettings can be a confusing and often legally complicated process, especially when you first start looking for a property. So many properties not to mention estate agents to choose from and that is before you start considering your budget, requirements, location, schools, tube links etc. The list is seemingly endless.
One comment we regularly receive from Tenants is that they presume the estate agent is working on their behalf. Whilst any reputable and professional Lettings agent will provide the best service that they can and make the move as smooth as possible, their client is the Landlord and from whom they take instruction. As an ARLA bonded agent we will always ensure that we use the most up to date Tenancy Agreements and be first to implement new legislation but would recommend that if there is anything you are not entirely sure about, you take separate legal advice. It pays to be fully informed.
As ARLA qualified negotiators, our Lettings team is here to guide you through the search process and offer you the most comprehensive selection of properties available across London to suit you. Currently up to £1500 per week there is a definite shortage of houses and flats to meet demand so our advice is always the same – when you find a property you like be prepared to make your offer quickly.
