Mews streets win out in Time Out
As estate agents handling sales and lettings for some of the capital’s most exclusive mews properties, we were chuffed to read journalist Annie McMonagle-Wilmot’s blog, recently posted in Time Out
Asked to describe ‘Ten pretty streets in West London’, she came up with a list that included no less than three mews streets. First on the list is St Stephen’s Mews in Notting Hill. Located off Chepstow Road, on the eastern edge of Notting Hill and bordering fashionable Bayswater, this delightful cobbled mews street dates from 1840.Lennox Garden Mews is next on the list. This picturesque Knightsbridge mews street, located in a central position between Sloane Street and the Kings Road, is part of the “Hans Town” conservation area.Last, but certainly not least, is St Luke’s Mews in Notting Hill. Annie McMonagle-Wilmot claims that “Every London-based Instagram feed likely has a picture here. It is prime real estate and one of the prettiest mews in London.” This long road extends between Basing Street and trendy All Saints Road and was used for the filming of Richard Curtis’ film, Love Actually. If it’s your ambition to live on one of the capital’s prettiest streets, we can help. Call us at Lurot Brand today to view a selection of gorgeous mews houses, located in some of London’s most exclusive areas.
