As 2024 draws to a close, we’re delighted to crown Laverton Mews in South Kensington as our Lettings Property of the Year. Not only is this property an exceptional example of thoughtful architectural design, but it also welcomed some of the loveliest tenants we’ve had the pleasure of working with this year – a true win-win!
This stunning, unfurnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom mews house provided an impressive 2,162 sq/ft of space, complemented by bright, spacious interiors designed with both comfort and style in mind.
The home boasted two reception rooms, while the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the enormous roof terrace. This idyllic sun trap was perfect for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun, or simply enjoying a moment of tranquillity with a good book.
Laverton Mews showcases what’s possible when an architect pours their heart into every detail of a design. From the thoughtful layout to the abundance of natural light, it’s a shining example of modern mews living at its finest.
